Job Description
The Bulitta Lab in the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences at St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital is seeking a Senior Researcher.
Highly preferred experience involves various advanced techniques including dynamic in vitro infection models biochemical and molecular studies and pharmacometrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs laboratory experiments independently using established techniques/protocols.
- Sets up protocols trouble shoots experiments using new or modified laboratory techniques.
- Accurately records experimental procedures and data.
- Prepares and reports results/ data leading to posters presentations or publications
- May provide guidance to entry-level employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned in order to meet the goals of the department and institution
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- Bachelors degree in relevant scientific area is required.
Minimum Experience:
- Two (2) years of relevant post-degree work experience is required.
- No experience is required with a Masters degree.
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $26.00 - $45.50 per hour for the role of Senior Researcher - Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Bulitta Lab).Explore our exceptional benefits!
