Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking an experienced self-driven and collaborative Registered Nurse (RN)to join our Family and Internal Medicinepractice in Urbana Maryland. As a key member of our dynamic primary care team you will support four (4) Family Practice and one (1) Internal Medicine provider serving the Frederick County patient population. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical skills a patient-centered approach and passion for proactive care management.

The Registered Nurse RNwill be responsible for promoting population health by helping patients stay healthy and out of the hospital. This includes proactive outreach to patients who are overdue for age-appropriate health screenings or have missed follow-up appointments.

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
