Theopportunity:
Join Iris as Programme Director for Samsungleading delivery on one of our most creatively ambitious multi-workstream client partnerships.
As the operational counterpart to the Managing Partner youlldrive delivery excellence across a diverse mix of workfromhero campaigns and localisation toolkits to social contentinfluencer activations and experiential builds.
Youll bring structure to complexity push productionstandards forward and become a trusted partner to clients andinternal teams alike.
Youll also play a pivotal role supporting the Head of Productionembedding operational rigour shaping how the team works and mentoring a new generation of standout Producers.
How youd spend your day:
Running delivery across Samsungbalancing hands-on projectleadership with full-scale programme oversight across diverse formats
Acting as the production counterpart to the Managing Partnerowningdelivery strategy and operational leadership for the account
Partnering with Creative Strategy and Business Leads to triage briefsand design scalable delivery models across workstreams.
Leading key projects yourselfsetting the standard for pace precisionand production excellence
Supporting the Head of Production to embed best-in-class processesmaintain delivery quality and cast or onboard talent effectively.
Mentoring producers across the teamhelping to shape a strongpipeline of future production leaders
Applying commercial insight and cultural understanding to ensurecreative ambition aligns with practical delivery
Exploring industry innovationparticularly in AI and content techtoelevate both efficiency and creative output.
Guiding senior client stakeholders through production strategytimelines risk and feasibility with confidence empathy and credibility.
Helping design and implement delivery KPIs in partnership withBusiness Leadsmeasuring success beyond time and budget andinto creativity consistency and innovation.
Supporting pitches and new business by advising on deliverymodels operational structure and production feasibility forSamsung-related work.

A senior Production delivery leader with Creative Agencyexperience and a proven track record in managing large multidisciplinarycreative programmes for high-profile or globalclients.
