We are seeking to appoint anInclusion Teacherto work within our Inclusion CentreRainbow Fish atPenbridge School.
As our new Inclusion Teacher you will plan and deliver high-quality individualised learning tailored to meet the diverse needs of our learners. You will work collaboratively with support staff therapists families and external agencies to create inclusive engaging and safe learning environments.
Using creative and flexible approaches you will support the childrens academic progress while nurturing their emotional development. You will also champion inclusion across the school helping pupils to build confidence resilience and independence.
Rainbow Fishprovides state-of-the-art facilities for children with complex cognition and learning difficulties aged between four and nine who have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). The children work towards being able to integrate into mainstream for some learning with a high level of support to meet their specific needs from the provision curriculum centres on each child as an individual looking at their starting points and next steps. Class sizes are up to 8 pupils.
