Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with application architecture standards
- Develop and configure case types data models flows UI activities and integrations
- Build REST/SOAP services and integrations with external systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Pega solutions for performance and scalability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
Required Skills:
- 7 10 years of experience in Pega development
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC 8.x versions
- Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Pega BPM Case Management Decision Rules and UI development
- Experience in integrating Pega with external systems using REST SOAP MQ and Kafka
- Proficient in designing and implementing reusable components and frameworks
- Solid understanding of database concepts and writing SQL queries
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
