Position summary: Provide interpretation coordinate transportation and housing arrangements and offer support for daily life needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage housing arrangements for expatriates from Japan
- Provide daily life support for expatriates and their families
- Coordinate and manage company vehicles for employee use
- Support visa management and prepare required documentation for expatriates
- Provide Japanese English interpretation in the workplace
- Assist executives with secretarial and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new concepts and skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to commute reliably to the assigned work location
- Ability to handle and process data and documentation accurately
