Job Description

Title: D365 CRM Technical Architect
Location: Alpharetta GA or Irving TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
JD:

Looking for a D365 CRM CE Technology Architect with relevant 15 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement solution with an extensive experience in CRM architecture customization and complex integrations ensuring scalable and efficient systems that meet business needs in the telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect D365 CRM CE solutions.
  • Provide best fit solution for migration from Salesforce to D365 CRM
  • Develop and implement custom AI/Copilot led functionalities
  • Complex system integrations.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify and implement alternate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to replace Salesforce custom-built functionalities.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Candidates with extensive experience on D365 CRM CE and Salesforce are preferred.
