Job Summary:
The Analyst III Digital Business role supports customer experience initiatives by analyzing systems data and business processes. The position involves gathering and documenting business requirements coordinating cross-functional teams supporting digital product roadmaps and tracking KPIs to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Lead and coordinate functional design discussions and business process analysis.
- Support and manage project plans priorities and execution timelines.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for backlog management documentation and work item tracking.
- Prepare reports dashboards and presentations to communicate project updates and KPIs.
- Facilitate meetings demos and stand-ups with business stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and contribute to the development of business/data glossaries.
- Coordinate integrations between business systems and support QA testing.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
- Experience with JIRA Lucidchart MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud).
- Working knowledge of Master & Reference Data Management.
- Familiarity with Data Governance practices.
- Hands-on experience with ANSI SQL.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 8 years in business analysis project management or digital systems implementation.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Business Analysis or Project Management certification.
