Job Description
5:1 Patient to Staff Ratios!! Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process ofassessment planning intervention implementation and evaluation. Nursescollaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patientcare delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Nurses effectivelyinteract with patient and significant others while maintaining the standard ofprofessional nursing. Hospital Nurses provide care for pediatric and adultpatients before and after surgical procedures and with a broad range ofmedical conditions. Has ability to assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimalsupervision. Acts as a clinical leader and assists with precepting direct care for patients in the Hospital and Ambulatory Service Centerfrom admission to discharge in all aspects of care including dischargeplanning. Gives direction to LPN CNA Housekeeping StaffDietary Staff. Receives direction from Providers Charge Nurse Acute Care Directorand CNO
