Job Overview
Two hours south of Flagstaff enjoy the beautiful and cool mountain living with lakes ripe for fishing hiking trails to be explored and a slower-paced lifestyle.
We are seeking two skilled Automotive Ford Technicians; one with domestic diesel AND one with diagnostics backgrounds to join our team.
Shop outfitted with excellent equipment and temperature control.
Great pay
Flexible rotating schedule - M-F; rotate every 4th Sat.

Duties
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues on Ford vehicles.
- Perform diesel engine repairs or diagnostics as needed ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Perform transmission repairs and engine rebuilds as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Repair or replace automotive electrical systems including wiring batteries and lighting.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Experience with Ford vehicles is required.
- Working knowledge of domestic diesel engine repairs OR diagnostics is required.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Experience working with automotive electrical systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals to assist in repairs.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
