Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning execution and delivery of the multi-CRM migration project
ensuring it is completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including detailed scope definition
resource allocation risk management communication strategies and governance structures.
Work closely with stakeholders across Print IT Services and Process Automation business
units to understand their unique CRM needs processes and data requirements.
Drive the selection design and implementation of the target CRM platform providing
expert guidance and recommending industry best practices for unified client visibility.
Manage cross-functional project teams including business analysts technical
consultants developers and quality assurance specialists fostering a collaborative and high1performing environment.
Identify mitigate and escalate project risks and issues proactively ensuring minimal
disruption to business operations.
Oversee data migration strategies ensuring data integrity cleansing and seamless transfer
from existing CRMs (Salesforce Salesforce Local Microsoft Dynamics CE) to the new platform.
Champion change management efforts working with Organisational Change Management
(OCM) teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and the new CRM system across all
affected teams.
Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders
including senior leadership providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.
Ensure the new CRM solution enhances client visibility strengthens client relationships
and contributes directly to revenue growth objectives.
Skills & Experience:
Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager leading complex large-scale CRM
migration or consolidation projects within global organisations.
Deep hands-on experience with at least two preferably all three of the following CRM
platforms: Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc.) Microsoft Dynamics 365
Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
Demonstrable experience in managing projects involving multiple business units with
diverse operational needs (e.g. sales service operations).
Strong understanding of best practices in customer relationship management sales
processes service delivery and marketing automation.
Exceptional stakeholder management negotiation and communication skills with the
ability to influence and align diverse groups towards common goals.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Hybrid) and
relevant tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Azure DevOps).
Experience with data migration strategies data quality and integration principles relevant
to CRM systems.
A solid understanding of the principles of digital transformation and how CRM systems
support business growth.
Formal Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP CSM) is highly desirable.
Experience in the printing technology or managed services industries is an advantage
