Job Description
FCC Compliance Consultant
Tucson AZ(Remote)
Fulltime
- Guide design engineers to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance per 47 CFR Part 15 FCC Class A & Class B.
- Work with relevant authorities to provide necessary certificates for product sales.
- Collaborate with independent test service providers.
- Determine the scope of product safety/EMC approval tests develop compliance plans and set project specifications.
- Conduct testing activities according to international standards for various products (UL / IEC / EN / JIS / EU directives) including FCC Class A and FCC Class B.
- Examine test samples and understand blueprints schematics wiring diagrams and operational instructions.
- Evaluate test performance and provide feedback to the design team reviewing test and construction data.
- Collaborate with approval authorities for product certification and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements in lab activities.
- Any other administrative tasks as identified by Superior.
