Job Description
Were seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to provide full-time onsite surgical and consultative services at the Lebanon VA Medical Center under a long-term federal healthcare contract. This position is ideal for professionals committed to serving our nations veterans through high-quality guideline-driven urological care including advanced robotic procedures.

Monday to Friday

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

OR Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Occasional Saturday clinic services may be required (estimated 30 hours/year)
5-Year Contract Duration: January 1 2026 December 31 2030
Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver comprehensive Urology care consistent with American Urological Association (AUA) standards

Perform inpatient consults outpatient diagnostics and surgical procedures

Utilize DaVinci Robotic Surgical Systems for minimally invasive cases

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute treatment plans

Maintain thorough documentation in VA systems (CPRS VistA)

Comply with VA clinical policies HIPAA and Joint Commission standards

Participate in case reviews performance audits and continuous improvement activities

MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school

Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology (ABU preferred)

Active and unrestricted state medical license

DEA Registration

AHA BLS Certification
-
Minimum 2 years of recent Urology experience

Documented experience with DaVinci Robotics

No record of OIG exclusions

Updated Resume (must include recent robotic case experience)

Contract Full-Time
