Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner
Location: Bellevue WA (Onsite)
Experience Required: 10 Years
Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Owner with extensive experience in ServiceNow platform implementations to drive enterprise-level digital solutions. The successful candidate will lead Agile delivery teams manage complex stakeholder needs and oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the ServiceNow product vision and strategic roadmap.
- Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams gathering requirements and translating them into epics features and user stories.
- Lead backlog prioritization sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure solutions align with ITIL processes enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Collaborate with developers architects business analysts and stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery.
- Oversee platform performance identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate ServiceNow integrations customizations and module deployments (ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM etc..
- Act as the main point of contact between business users and the ServiceNow delivery team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline.
- 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and implementations.
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture integrations and custom development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA CIS) are a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience driving enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Understanding of data governance compliance and security best practices.
