Ensure seamless service during breakfast tea time and evening cocktails.
Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle VIP requests or complaints.
Monitor inventory of lounge supplies and coordinate with F&B and housekeeping.
Uphold hygiene safety and quality standards.
Train and motivate team members to deliver superior service.
Prepare reports on guest feedback service issues and lounge performance.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in hospitality ideally in a lounge F&B or front office role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English; additional languages (German Russian) are a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on guest experience.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
