Job Description
The Janitor/Custodian performs cleaning services at our customer site in Madison WI. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. This is a part time role. Pay: $22.68/hr
Shift:
- 4:30PM 8:30PM Mon Friday
Key Job Functions
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks door handles office tools and phones
- Mop Buff and vacuum floors
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors carpet rugs windows and walls
- Clean surfaces with disinfectant
- Ensure proper disinfecting procedures are followed
- Empty trash cans and/or recycling bins
- Maintain cleaning inventory placing orders for new products when needed
- Maintain outdoor grounds
- Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
- Empty trash and recycling bins
Qualifications :
- Some custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instruction
- Perform other duties as assigned
