JOB SUMMARY:
Protection of the companys assets by preventing fraudulent entry to all ticketed Parks and Venues as well as any observed illegal activity that may occur on Universal Orlando Resort property.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to Front Gates for all suspected fraudulent tickets and makes determination on Guest entry.
- Prepares detailed daily reports on all confiscated tickets utilizing collected documents statements and evidence related to fraudulent tickets.
- Initiates positive Guest interactions associated with ticket issues.
- Research Park ticket usage and history for validity of tickets.
- Partners with Guest Services to block fraudulent tickets and assists with all orders blocked by eCommerce Loss Prevention.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years in Loss Prevention Theme Park Ticketing / Entrance Operations procedures or a combination thereof preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
- Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License and obtain a Florida Class D Security license prior to departmental cross-training.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Must type 40wpm.
- Understand and apply aspects of fraudulent ticket detection to studio operations.
- Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of Universal Orlando Ticket Specialist.
