Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic mechanical electromechanical pneumatic and/or optical areas.

• Design fabrication procurement and installation of manufacturing equipment.

• Constructs troubleshoots adjusts tests diagnoses and maintains equipment components devices or systems.

• Works from schematics engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments modifications and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Ability to lead work and communicate effectively. Exercises good judgment when communicating to all levels in the business organization.

• Experience with and understanding of automation / manual assembly various types of welding technologies solvent bonding crimping 3D modeling/printing micro-machining molding.

• Solid problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to define problems gather data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

• Strong communicative skills with the ability to work within the immediate group. Ability to gather confirm and convey information.

• Ability to work with supervision and take direction from peers.

• Problem solving mindset and ability to work on less complex projects and activities when/where necessary.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$68800.00 - $103200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
