Signal Tru Brand is seeking a results-driven and organized Team Leader to guide support and inspire a team of professionals. This role is critical to ensuring that team goals are met with efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team to meet performance and quality standards
Monitor team productivity and provide regular feedback and coaching
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Coordinate daily operations and delegate tasks effectively
Resolve issues and escalate problems when necessary
Ensure adherence to company procedures and project deadlines
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to upper management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving team success
Bachelors degree or relevant professional experience preferred
