Green Hills is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Receptionist to join our growing team! This role is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming telephone calls giving information directions and other appropriate assistance to residents staff guests and vendors.
Part-Time Schedule: The position will start mid-August.
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 4:30pm-6:30pm
- Every other Friday: 4:30pm-6:30pm
- Every other Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am-2:00pm
Salary Range: $16.00/hour
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL
- Manage a telephone switchboard
- Become knowledgeable about Green Hills to answer questions from residents and visitors
- Use Microsoft Office to perform various clerical tasks
- Make photocopies sell postage send faxes and perform other office tasks
- Submit work orders and assist with technology.
WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU
- Have experience working in an office setting.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Can communicate effectively with residents staff and visitors.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
