Responsibilities

As our Clinic Registration Representative at you will be the welcoming face of the clinic ensuring all patients receive the assistance they need upon arrival.

Every day you will greet and triage patients update their information in our HER system and assist with various tasks around the clinic while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this role you must possess strong attention to detail excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients warmly greeting and efficiently triaging them upon arrival at the clinic.
  • Accurately update patient information in the HER system ensuring all demographic and insurance details are current.
  • Assist patients with necessary paperwork and documentation providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate clinic appointments according to established protocols for various physicians and departments.
  • Manage a variety of tasks simultaneously including answering phones communicating with hospital and clinic staff and addressing patient inquiries all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year experience in medical office required
