Job Description
- Analyzing market trends internal data and customer needs for the Fresh Fruit & Vegetable category
- Developing and continuously improving the category strategy
- Managing supply chain processes aligned with the needs and strategies of category management
- Identifying the most suitable suppliers within the defined product range managing contract processes and ensuring complete execution of ordering and supply operations
- Managing procurement processes to meet annual purchasing targets
- Conducting business development activities with suppliers
- Being responsible for Assortment Building Pricing and Profitability within the assigned category
- Planning and executing sales-boosting campaigns and promotions based on market analysis.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience preferably in Retail Procurement FMCG or Food industries
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Quick thinker and able to make fast decisions
- Proficient in using MS Office programs
- Experienced in sourcing products from suppliers at the expected quality level on time and at competitive prices
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- No travel restrictions.
