$91138 to $99635 per annum 13.5% superannuation Commuter Vehicle Mobile Phone.

About the role

This role contributes to the success of the City by a document scope and conduct auditing of the levels of service provided by the Group and Contractors. Enforce the Councils Cleansing and Solid Waste By-Laws and Policies. Take a lead role in administering GIS the provision of Workplace Health and Safety Initiatives coordinate training within the group and support the Program Leader with operational leadership.

Role accountabilities include:

  • Provide advice regarding the need for new assets or asset replacement in association with developments or Council works.
  • Provide assistance with the coordination of clean ups in abnormal or emergency events (storms etc).
  • Inspect reported graffiti and liaison with property owners regarding removal of graffiti in accordance with Council policies.
  • Supervision and auditing of public conveniences cleaning and car park contracts.
  • Assist and prepare documentation detailing the scope of the various services provided by the Group.
  • Auditing in relation to the delivery of cleansing services when required.
