Electrical Project Manager Multi-Family Construction

Our client a well-established electrical contractor is seeking ahands-on proactive Electrical Project ManagerwithMulti-Family Hospitality or Senior Living project experienceto join their Tampa team. This is a high-impact role for a driven leader who can take full ownership of projects and deliver results from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-family electrical construction projects frompre-construction through closeout
- Lead planning scheduling budgeting and procurement
- Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Managepieceworkers and production crewseffectively for optimal productivity
- Analyze labor and material costs and seek opportunities forvalue engineeringandcost savings
- OverseeP&L track project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Coordinate with clients GCs vendors and subcontractors to meet quality and timeline expectations
- Ensure projects are completedon timewithin budget andin compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3 yearsof experience as anElectrical Project Managerinmulti-family senior living or hospitality
- Deep understanding of thecurrent labor market production cycles and managingpieceworkteams
- Proven ability totake ownershipof projects and lead teams successfully
- Experience working withproject budgetsmaterial procurement andVE strategies
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Must belocal to the Tampa area
- Comfortable working with anallowance-based benefits structure
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary:$80000 $115000 (Depending on Experience)
