Now Hiring: Director of Nursing (DON) Lima OH
Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse leader looking to make a real difference We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Lima Ohio. This is a full-time leadership role where youll guide and support a strong clinical team committed to providing the highest level of resident care.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee the nursing department and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork
- Partner with facility leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure the delivery of person-centered care and strong clinical outcomes
What Were Looking For:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Passion for quality care and team development
