We are looking for an Ecosystem Partner Immunologywho is strategic collaborative and insights-drivento join us in our Immunology PVUteamfor the Florida ecosystem market.

About the role:

The Ecosystem Partner will set strategic direction and foster partnerships with executive and population health stakeholders within influential healthcare organizations (HCOs) with the goal of elevating UCBs reputation and driving affordable access for immunology patients. This role delivers the immunology value proposition while building a deep and coordinated network across key accounts.

Who youll work with:

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional field teams including sales market access thought leader liaisons and medical as well as work externally with C-suite leaders IDNs and other HCO decision-makers to implement strategic initiatives and optimize patient access.

What youll do:

• Develop and execute strategies across influential HCOs and immunology micro-ecosystems
• Deliver UCBs immunology value proposition to executive and population health stakeholders
• Co-develop and implement access and affordability strategies with internal partners
• Build strong multi-level relationships across IDNs and immunology stakeholders
• Gather insights and share key market trends with internal stakeholders
• Operate with the highest compliance and professional standards

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 58 years in immunology market access or related healthcare leadership roles
• 3 years of key account management experience in complex healthcare systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters preferred (life sciences business or healthcare)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning
• Strong communication and business planning skills
• Digital literacy and ability to leverage data in customer engagements

*This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $161000-$212000 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other
