Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Technician based in Kearney were looking for

Product Introduction Technician

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and bring your technical expertise to the forefront of sustainable mobility. Youll report to Hiring Manager Name and work alongside passionate motivated and skilled teammates. Youll play a key role in supporting the installation testing operation and maintenance of our cutting-edge rail systems and equipment.
Day-to-day youll work closely with project teams subcontractors and customers ensuring smooth field operations and warranty support. Youll specifically take care of equipment testing failure analysis and field modifications while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Well look to you for:

Technical support during installation testing and operation phases

Investigation and resolution of electromechanical failures

Development and execution of test procedures

Use of specialized tools for field maintenance and modifications

Support for customer warranty operations and recovery

Immediate reporting of deviations and adherence to HSE rules

  • 24 years of experience in a technical or field support role
