We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead Ethics & Legal Affairs to join our Digital Technology team based in our HQ in Anderlecht Belgium.
About the role
As a Digital Technology Lead for Ethics & Legal Affairs you will shape and deliver the digital transformation roadmap for UCBs Corporate Legal department (Legal Ethics & Compliance Intellectual Property and Corporate Secretariat). Acting as a strategic advisor and delivery leader youll translate business needs into outcome-driven digital solutions. With global visibility and influence at senior levels you will oversee the successful delivery adoption and lifecycle management of key initiatives effectively building the Corporate Legal department of tomorrow.
Who youll work with
Youll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Digital Technology and Corporate Legal from subject matter experts to senior executives. Youll also interact with external consultants though leaders and technology providers.
What youll do
Co-shape the digital roadmap and serve as the lead technology advisor
Align initiatives to business needs while championing innovation
Lead complex digital transformation projects managing scope budget timeline and impact
Drive external and internal partners to ensure timely project delivery
Act as a key escalation point for digital issues affecting the function
Monitor outcomes and ensure resilient operations
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of digital consulting or relevant corporate experience. A background in Legal tech is a plus.
Strong technical fluency in digital ecosystems and enterprise solutions
Track record of project and change management in complex organizations
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Ability to thrive in a dynamic global setting forging trusted relationships from the senior executives to the project team.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills with business insight
Curiosity resilience and a forward-thinking mindset in a dynamic digital landscape
