Jira Expert Atlassian Practice
Experience Required: 815 years
Must-Have Skills:
- Jira (Cloud) Advanced configurations workflows automations
- Confluence Strong working knowledge
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Plugins such as Structure or BigPicture
- Familiarity with tools like Asana (for migration)
Job Description:
We at Nagarros Atlassian Practice are seeking a seasoned Jira expert to build and deliver tailored business solutions on top of Jira. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical and consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable Jira configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical Jira solutions
- Lead implementation and migration projects to Jira Cloud from platforms such as and Asana
- Design and configure workflows automations and custom processes within Jira Cloud
- Utilize marketplace apps like Structure or BigPicture to optimize business operations
- Redefine and streamline business processes in collaboration with client teams
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to developing a strong internal consulting capability
