Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Python Developer to support a large-scale Transition Program. This role involves developing and optimizing machine learning models and applications working with large datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate covert collection analysis and compliance systems.
You will drive machine learning projects from ideation to production. You will develop and optimize machine learning models and applications. You will also develop APIs to integrate disparate applications in an enterprise environment and integrate AI systems into existing workflows and ensure seamless API and platform integration.
Moreover you will work with large datasets and collaborate with data scientists engineers and other stakeholders conduct data preprocessing to clean and prepare datasets. You will use collaboration tools including GitLab GitHub and Azure DevOps.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a similar role ideally in a T-1 Tech Consulting company involved in large scale enterprise level project is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in the Python 3 programming language.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and data science frameworks.
- Programming expertise to create innovative AI solutions.
- Design and optimize machine learning algorithms for scalable high-performance systems.
- Deploy AI-powered applications into existing workflows.
- Clean and prepare large datasets to train and fine-tune models.
- Demonstrated experience developing APIs for enterprise integration.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as GitLab GitHub and Azure DevOps.

- Python web application frameworks (e.g. Django FastAPI Flask).
- NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Elasticsearch Cassandra).
- SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL).
- Object storage (e.g. S3 API).
- Message queues/event streaming (e.g. Kafka Pulsar RabbitMQ/AMQP).
- Workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Nifi Prefect Airflow).
- Development and consumption of REST APIs / Micro-service architectures.
- Front-end development (e.g. JavaScript HTML CSS).
- Containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Knowledge and use of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Git Ansible).
- Working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban Scrum).
