Responsible for design development modification debug and/or maintenance of software systems
What will your job look like
- Build and maintain features using Ruby on Rails for core application logic
- Work across data layers using MySQL and Postgres
- Participate in daily standups sprint planning and peer reviews
- Debug troubleshoot and optimize system performance
- Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers for CI/CD cloud deployment and containerization
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Ensure code quality and best practices through testing and documentation
- Support integration with third-party APIs and services
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 years Ruby experience
- Demonstrable experience with MySQL and Postgres
- Demonstrable experience with the Spring framework components - Spring Boot MVC Integration Security etc.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and open systems
