Job Description
As Fixed Assets Analyst the main responsibilities will be:
*Responsible for complying in a timely manner with the requirements established by internal control EY Mex. Government etc.
*Create tickets for capitalization retirements and changes in master data for Fixed Assets
*Coordinate with Controlling team the physical inventory
*Ensure preparation of Fixed Assets Reports special requirements internal and external analysis and explanation of variances
*Tracking of overdue assets under construction
*Preparation of reports related to Fixed Assets according to the Maquiladoras IMMEX program
*Develop improvements to the procedures to have better results (automation of manual work)
*Ensure all the FA Transactions accomplish with the CD and legal requirements sales and disposition proofs.
Qualifications :
SAP knowledge
MS Office expertise (Excel and Powerpoint)
English 70% or more
Ability to work in team
Accounting or business administration career
Fixed Assets Experience 1-2 years
