Job Description
- Responsible for Product Management of Infotainment Domain Controllers and ADAS compute platforms.
- Drive business development activities specifically for Japanese OEMs (JOEMs).
- Conduct technical project assessment including technical concept development engineering cost estimation and project schedule creation.
- Identify manage and track acquisition opportunities.
- Support strategic product development initiatives.
- Represent and align JOEM product requirements within the worldwide product management organization.
- Prepare and perform technical presentations as well as vehicle demonstrations to customers.
- Maintain a close customer relationship.
- Cultivate good and efficient engineering partnerships with customers project teams and suppliers.

- We are seeking a new team member to enhance business development activities specifically for Japanese OEMs (JOEMs) and to ensure that their diverse requirements and future trends are promptly reflected in our platform portfolio.

Qualifications :
Required Experience/Skills
- In-depth knowledge of SW-intensive automotive systems development.
- Work experience with Japanese OEMs (JOEMs).
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Open personality capable of actively communicating with others.
- Strong passion for creating value for our customers.
- Excellent communication skills and strong promotional abilities to effectively present your ideas and products.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (business level or higher).
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Experience in the automotive or IT-related industries.
- An engineering major or equivalent educational background.
Required English Proficiency
- Fluent (Business level or higher) is required for seamless collaboration with global teams and negotiations with international customers.
English Usage Frequency
- English is used daily for communication with domestic and international team members and customers.

- The team currently consists of 2 members primarily in their 30s.
- The team operates under the supervision of the Regional Business Unit Head.
