The opportunity
Hitachi Energy is currently looking for anSr. Sales Engineer for the High Voltage Businessto join their team inBangaloreIndia. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.
The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements and experience in working with diverse groups and cultures. The ability to multitask & delivers within timelines is essential. The candidate will have excellent communications skills.
General Sales & Marketing work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including: Face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products services and/or solutions. Planning developing and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s). Evaluating measuring and managing the product/brand P&L (e.g. budgeting expenditures profitability return-on-investment etc.) Incumbents in this specialization may also provide customer service and support in the form of information on product/price and resolution to issues related to billing shipping delivery complaints etc. Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets. An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts policies and practices
How youll make an impact
- You are responsible forSales Target of HV Switchgears business in Zone South Chennai.
- Front end sales role needs travelling and meeting customers.
- Attending and arranging customer events/ seminars/ presentations.
- Strong customer connect at appropriate levels.
- Pre- Sales Business Development with technical spec in activities marketing activities.
- Promote Portfolio in various segment like Industries Utilities EPCs.
- Monitor Order Execution and support project handling team to execute the order.
- Payment Collection as per forecast.
- Submission of on time reports and using tools like SFDC.
- Attending and resolution of customer complaints using CCRP tool.
- Safety Quality and Integrity to be followed.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
- Degree (B.E./B. Tech.) in Electrical engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing LV& HV Capacitors Harmonic Filters and Power Quality Products.
- Subject knowledge of Power Quality in must.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
