Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our operations team. The Process Manager will be responsible for designing implementing optimizing and overseeing various business processes across the organization to improve efficiency productivity and quality. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong background in process management problem-solving and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.

This position will be based in Chakan Pune.

What you will do

Process Design & Optimization:
o Analyze design and document new and existing business processes to improve efficiency and productivity of lamination process.
o Continuously evaluate Printing and prepress process for improvements standardization and optimization identifying bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
o Implement Printing and prepress process improvements to enhance the quality speed and cost-effectiveness of business operations.
Process Mapping & Documentation:
o Develop and maintain process maps flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
o Ensure all processes are clearly documented and easy to follow for relevant stakeholders.
Process Implementation & Execution:
o Lead cross-functional teams to implement new and improved processes across departments.
o Oversee the execution of new processes ensuring they align with business goals and deliver desired outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with department heads and teams to identify process-related challenges and offer solutions.
o Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gain feedback and ensure alignment on process goals.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance.
o Monitor and report on process efficiency and effectiveness identifying areas for improvement.
Training & Support:
o Provide training and support to teams on new or updated lamination process and procedures.
o Ensure that all team members are well-informed and equipped to adhere to lamination process standards.
Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure lamination processes comply with relevant regulations standards and best practices.
o Monitor processes to mitigate risks and address any compliance or operational issues that arise.

We believe you have

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Polymer / Chemical / Industrial Engineering Operations Management or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma Lean PMP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5 years) in process management operations management or continuous improvement roles.
  • Familiarity with TPM WCM Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage change effectively and guide teams through process transitions.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
