Digital Experience Designer Role Overview:
As the sole Digital Experience Designer youll own the end-to-end UX/UI experience across two e-commerce platforms. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams marketing e-commerce and graphic design to ensure that digital touchpoints are clear user-friendly and visually on-brand.
This role offers autonomy mentorship opportunities and the ability to directly impact the customer journey for two high-traffic websites.
Responsibilities:
UX/UI Strategy & Design
- Plan and execute site layout navigation wireframes and user journeys that align with business goals.
- Translate data and user insights into intuitive page designs and workflows.
- Establish clear calls to action and conversion-focused content structure.
Creative Execution
- Collaborate with designers and brand partners to optimize and implement visual assets.
- Build and refine interactive prototypes for web initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure digital consistency across platforms and screen sizes.
Analytics & Optimization
- Conduct user research and competitive benchmarking.
- Apply learnings to optimize navigation flow and content.
- Present insights and performance reports tied to major sales events or campaigns.
Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming planning and review meetings.
- Partner with internal and external teams to execute and maintain site updates.
Qualifications
- 3 years in a UX/UI or web design role (strong portfolios from junior candidates will also be considered).
- Proficient in Figma Adobe Creative Suite HTML/CSS; knowledge of Salesforce CMS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce user behavior mobile-first design and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication skills able to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong time management and organization in a deadline-driven environment.
