Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Allied Health Assistant to work across our Rehabilitation sites in Richmond Camberwell and Hawthorn. This role is on a casual basis and includes the need for weekend availability. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and dynamic Rehabilitation team and have the opportunity to work closely with our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists in the management of patients with a variety of different conditions requiring rehabilitation.
You will make an impact by:
- Working collaboratively with our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
- Assisting with the management of patients with variety of different conditions requiring Inpatient or Outpatient Rehabilitation
- Assisting with running Hydrotherapy classes and other groups contribution to non-clinical and administrative tasks
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as an Allied Health Assistant within a rehabilitation or hospital setting is preferable
- Strong customer service and general people skills and enjoy collaborating with team members and patients to create an exceptional patient experience
- Excellent administration time management and organisations skills
- A caring and compassionate nature to ensure optimum patient care
- The ability to show initiative and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work

- Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance qualification or equivalent is essential
