Are you ready to take the next step in your electrical construction career A leading electrical contractor is hiring an Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Orlando. This is a high-impact role offering relocation assistance a generous bonus structure and the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects exceeding $5M.
What Youll Do:
- Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction to close-out
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors engineers and field teams to ensure schedule budget and safety goals are met
- Track project progress issue change orders manage RFIs submittals and documentation
- Lead internal project meetings and manage communication with stakeholders
- Monitor labor productivity material procurement and project profitability
Qualifications:
- 5 years of electrical construction project management experience
- Proven track record managing commercial projects $5M
- Strong understanding of NEC project scheduling and budgeting
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Willing to relocate to Orlando if not local
- ESOP or union contractor experience is a plus
