** The ideal candidate will be enrolled in an accredited school pursuing a degree in Business Teaching or Communications. This position is Hybrid.
Job description: This role will support the Power Delivery Performance & Analytics team. This group provides a broad and varied range of support services related to the development and analysis of operational reliability and performance data and metrics across Power Delivery and Capital Projects.
Job Duties / Responsibilities include:
Development of process maps
Development of training materials.
Development of reference materials (e.g. quick reference guides)
Development and maintenance of sharepoint sites
Provides departmental assistance with project management initiatives and other work deliverables.
Assist with redesign and maintenance of SharePoint site(s).
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Collaborate and work with multiple cross-functional teams.
Travel may be required for the position.
Education Requirements:
Seekingan individual pursuing a bachelors degree with concentration in Business Teaching or Communications
Must be actively pursuing a bachelors as indicated above and at minimum classified as a Junior with graduation dates of December 2025 or beyond.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required for the position:
Ability to multi-task work independently and in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong editorial (format layout and design) skills
Customer focused product design
Independent self-starter with attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Microsoft products knowledge with preferred advanced Powerpoint
Highly desired VISIO or other process diagram software
