Compensation: $110000-$130000
Are you a proven leader in the automotive industry with a passion for operational excellence and world-class customer service One of our top client shops in Green Bay WI is looking for an Automotive General Manager to take the wheel and continue driving their exceptional reputation forward.
This is a high-volume high-reputation independent repair shop known throughout the community for professionalism integrity and customer-first service. Backed by a skilled and dedicated team the shop is positioned for growth and looking for a GM who can lead coach and scale.

What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Leading day-to-day operations ensuring smooth workflow and top-tier service
- Managing and mentoring service advisors technicians and support staff
- Driving performance metrics (sales GP car count CSI) while maintaining a positive culture
- Overseeing scheduling parts ordering customer interactions and financial targets
- Partnering with ownership on strategic decisions and long-term shop success
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of management experience in an automotive repair shop or service center
- A proven track record of increasing shop performance and profitability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication abilities
- Familiarity with shop management systems and modern KPIs
- A calm focused and professional presenceeven in high-volume environments
