MasterScapes is looking for a high-energy service-minded professional with 510 years of experience in customer support roles outside of the restaurant industry. Theyre tech-comfortableefficient in Excel and familiar with CRM or CMMS toolsand thrive in organized fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential. This person is upbeat a natural communicator and brings a calm pleasant presence to phone and in-person interactions. They love being outdoors enjoy creative hobbies or volunteering and are driven by helping others overcoming challenges and taking ownership of their work. What Youll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice and helpful point of contact for our clients
  • Manage client info and service requests in our CRM system.
  • Support our team with scheduling follow-ups and smooth communication
  • Help us improve the client experience every day
