Job Description

Temporary Position: 3 to 6 months
Full time: 40 Hours
Summary: Reporting to the Clinical Manager the Licensed Practical Nurse performs a broad range of functions to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the Primary Care department. This is an office position triaging phone calls ordering prescriptions and assisting administrative staff as needed.
What Youll Bring:
- Graduate of accredited licensed practical nurse program.
- Minimum of 1 year primary care physician practice.
- Excellent verbal written and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency working within a fast-paced team environment.
- Proven ability to successfully interface with numerous healthcare professionals patients and family members.
- Excellent organizational skills ability to work under pressure manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and agency specific systems and databases required.
- Proven customer service skills dealing with a health care service provider.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment including the handling of highly confidential medical information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to function as a member of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to physicians participants and families and to display compassion and patience while handling multiple telephone contacts.
The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education training relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
