JUNIOR VENDOR MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH POZNA
Role overview
We are currently looking for a junior specialist to support our Vendor Management Team within the Purchase to Pay department. This role involves data entry validation analysis and coordination with various departments to ensure that vendor information is up-to-date and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail proficient data management skills and a comprehensive understanding of vendor data processes.
What youll be doing
- creating updating and maintaining vendor master data records in SKP (platform which is a workflow-based tool for posting vendors);
- ensuring the accuracy and completeness of vendor information including contact details banking information tax identification numbers and other relevant data;
- performing regular audits and data cleansing activities to eliminate duplicates;
- solving process-related queries;
- handling non-standard Payment Terms requests supporting users in obtaining Payment Terms Committee approval;
- coordinating with procurement finance and other relevant departments to address and resolve vendor data issues;
- developing training materials and conducting end-user training;
- participating in the testing and implementation of new features related to vendor data management;
We are looking for a person who:
- has min. 1 year of professional experience (in SSC or BPO environment or Procurement & Finance Processes/ delivery team in the respective area);
- is communicative in English (min B2 level) and French (min. B1 level)
- navigates easily in the MS Office package;
- has great organizational skills motivation and accuracy;
- has deep expertise in SAP (knowledge of SKP would be beneficial);
- presents solid interpersonal communication and organizational skills;
- performs daily tasks and other activities according to the Standard Operational Procedures reviews and updates those if necessary;
- has good analytical skills
