This position is in Cargills animal nutrition and health business where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.

Benefits:
Principal Accountabilities
Perform ongoing assigned lead activities including providing support to the team.
Work with Project coordinator and lead team in daily production to ensure appropriate product quality parameters sanitary condition of the facility production efficiency and continuity of operations aligned with food safety requirements and experimental protocols.
Lead preventative Maintenance and other equipment/mechanical needs
Coordinate and review the daily reporting and escalate complex issues to appropriate supervisor.
Use broad understanding to ensure compliance with safety regulations and adhere to permit and exemption procedures while providing guidance.
Identify record and advance Continuous Improvement opportunities
Conduct training and provide guidance and support for other team members.
Ability to work weekends and 2 holidays per year

Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Boilers License (or ability to obtain license)
Forklift experience
Experience with Inventory Systems
