This position is in Cargills animal nutrition and health business where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production this role you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.
Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.
Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
Promote a strong safety culture by modeling safe behaviors enforcing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to all relevant procedures and policies.
Provide leadership and development to a team of technicians supporting their technical growth engagement and performance.
Monitor and drive performance through key maintenance and reliability metrics such as planned-to-unplanned work ratio schedule compliance and mean time between failure (MTBF).
Utilize CMMS tools to plan prioritize and track maintenance activities ensuring accurate data entry and timely work execution.
Support the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations FSQR and EHS to ensure alignment on priorities and effective resolution of plant issues.
Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.
Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.
Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.
You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring performance or disciplinary actions and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of related tools processes controls and area technology systems
Experience coordinating third-party resources to deliver business results
One year of supervisory experience
The expected salary for this position is $85000 - $144000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
