Job Description
As anIT Local Office Supportyou will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office IT landscape.
You will:
- Workplace preparation: Installing and relocating workstations docking stations monitors keyboards etc.
- Providing support for notebook setup maintenance and troubleshooting for both office and remote users.
- Managing printers: Installation maintenance supplies replacement and anticipating future needs.
- Maintaining up-to-date hardware registration in our CMDB.
- Managing hardware inventory and storage and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Handling service desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensuring the proper functioning of office infrastructure components like switches UPS firewalls and server room A/C and performing occasional maintenance and upgrades as needed.
You have:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar job;
- Understanding on basic netwroking concepts;
- Experience with Windows 10/11;
- Experience with Office / Office 365;
- Providing assistance with software instalation for licence users for different operating systems;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
