We are currently recruiting for a Claims Service Specialist to join our insurance team on a full-time permanent this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a high-performing and collaborative team.
A typical day may look like:
You will optimise performance of all insurance claims activities through Nutrien Ag Solutions by ensuring all claim administration functions are carried out in a professional manner within specified time addition you will be responsible for:
- End to end management of basic to intermediate claims
- Providing updates to clients via phone and email in a clear and professional manner
- Settlement of claims
- Assisting Claims Manager and the team with more complex claims by loading and lodging them into the portal
- Following up with insurers in relation to claim progress and updates
- Providing an exceptional level of customer care.

This role will suit someone who is a strong administrator who prides themselves in providing exceptional customer service ideally gained within the insurance addition you will have/be:
- Enthusiastic with a strong customer service focus
- Brokerage experience preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated time management multi-tasking & prioritising skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Previous experience in insurance/broking industry
- Ideally some administration experience
- You are a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
- Tier 1 accreditation or willingness to acquire one.
