Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Strategic development of the international IT system landscape in the area of Stores by supporting the derivation and definition of the overarching IT strategy
- Identification definition and prioritization of strategic IT initiatives using the OKR framework (Objectives and Key Results)
- Identifying defining and prioritising strategic IT initiatives using the objectives and key results framework (OKR)
- Providing support in managing the strategic IT roadmap for the Stores area in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Steering and monitoring the implementation of IT projects and initiatives to ensure that they are carried out according to plan
- Preparing ad hoc analyses and concepts on current strategic IT topics in the industry
- Creating presentations and coordinating international cross-hierarchical committees
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree in business administration computer science or a comparable qualification
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio management and/or IT project management including the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English and German and effective communication at different hierarchical levels
- Independent and proactive working style as well as organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Analytical mindset and the ability to process complex information
- High degree of trustworthiness and discretion
Desirable extras.
- Experience in portfolio management IT project management or business consulting
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills are considered an advantage
