Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Acting as the expert for the SAP S/4HANA FI module with a focus on Asset Accounting and contributing to the product team
- Managing external system integrators and providing level 3 support to end users for incidents and service tasks
- Coordinating change management activities and serving as the first point of contact for issues related to operational stability and improvements
- Monitoring operational KPIs evaluating data with the product team identifying risks and proposing corrective measures to enhance stability
- Contributing to the design implementation configuration testing and operation of the product while recommending improvements based on recurring issues
- Collaborating with the product owner team members business users and stakeholders to refine product requirements and update technical specifications
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO particularly processes transactions and customisations related to Asset Accounting
- Knowledge of Asset Accounting business processes within SAP and their integration with other modules
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices as well as general IT architectures and system landscapes
- Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities paired with risk analysis and assessment skills
- Hand-on experience with operations and maintenance tools (e.g. ServiceNow and Confluence) and methodologies with an agile mindset for working in product teams
- Proficient in English and the ability to engage with various stakeholders; knowledge of German is a plus
Desirable extras.
- Experience working with SAP Solution Manager
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Basic knowledge of SAP Authorization Concept
- Very good intercultural skills
