Compensation: $28.00/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensure that all equipment is lubricated to meet NLGI standards/OEM specifications
  • Conduct oil analysis (checking for metal fragments water intrusion and other contaminants)
  • Diagnose bearing and wear surface failure and set action plans to correct failures
  • Maintain all gearboxes to operating levels and notify Maintenance Lead of any leaking seals or excessive noise
  • Maintain cleanliness ISO standards for all hydraulic units pull oil samples on schedules and document results
  • Maintain auto lubrication lines including plumbing and inspection for damaged or leaking fittings
  • Use maintenance software (SAP) for writing work orders
  • Maintain lubrication cabinets tools and equipment
  • Work with other mechanics leads or supervisors who have priority work needing to be completed

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous Maintenance experience
  • Ability to read write and speak English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required


Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience as a Lubrication Technician strongly preferred
  • Experience with equipment maintenance preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Formalized/technical training is preferred
