Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure that all equipment is lubricated to meet NLGI standards/OEM specifications
- Conduct oil analysis (checking for metal fragments water intrusion and other contaminants)
- Diagnose bearing and wear surface failure and set action plans to correct failures
- Maintain all gearboxes to operating levels and notify Maintenance Lead of any leaking seals or excessive noise
- Maintain cleanliness ISO standards for all hydraulic units pull oil samples on schedules and document results
- Maintain auto lubrication lines including plumbing and inspection for damaged or leaking fittings
- Use maintenance software (SAP) for writing work orders
- Maintain lubrication cabinets tools and equipment
- Work with other mechanics leads or supervisors who have priority work needing to be completed
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous Maintenance experience
- Ability to read write and speak English
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience as a Lubrication Technician strongly preferred
- Experience with equipment maintenance preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Formalized/technical training is preferred
